5) RESOLUTION: Implementing the Provisions of the Illinois Pension Code Act (40 ILCS 5/3-143): approving Fire & Police Pension Fund Board Report with regard to Annual Tax Levy.
6) ORDINANCE: Approving Annual Tax Levy Ordinance for Fiscal Year from May 1, 2016 to April 30, 2017.
7) RESOLUTION: Authorizing the Execution of a Service Agreement for the Supply of Electricity for Residential and Small Commercial Retail Customers who do not opt out of such a Program (Electric Aggregation).
