PUBLIC HEARING: A Public Hearing will be conducted at 6:20 p.m. to consider the proposed annual Budget for the City of Charleston, Coles County, Illinois, for the Fiscal Year beginning May 1, 2025, and ending April 30, 2026.
PRESENTATION: The Mayor and Council will present a proclamation recognizing Eastern Coles County Girl Scouts Service Unit #522 of Southern Illinois, whose participation in planting trees with the Charleston Tree Commission helped further the objectives of the National Girl Scout Tree Promise of planting, maintaining and caring for 5 Million Trees within 5 Years (2021-2026). Volunteer Girl Scout Leader and Service Unit Member Liza Strong-McCormick will give a short presentation on this program.

Volunteer Girl Scout Leader and Service Unit Member Liza Strong-McCormick will give a short presentation on this program.
